Florida wild boar hog hunter Jon Ledsworth (Mugkegon, MI - e-mail: ajleds@aol.com - or - e-mail: jonlatabil@aol.com) who is a member of the Michigan Duck Hunters Association West Michigan Chapter bagged a wild hog during an exciting and successful morning hog hunt on March 21, 2000.

Hey Ron:

Thanks for the e-mail. Answering your questions regarding my hunt experience:

It was a great time! I am certain that several of my friends have gotten
sick of hearing the story. I am working on putting together a duck and bass
trip for December with a few friends. We would like to get John to guide us.
I had a lot of fun fishing with him in the afternoon.

Let him know I still get sick at the thought of "the one that got away." Now
that I'm back home and able to fish here, it is sickening to hope for a giant
4 pound Michigan largemouth!

Please feel free to use my name as a referral, or this response. We will be
talking with you soon, regarding a duck hunt. I will be back to do some
fishing.

PS. The sausage from the young boar is incredible. I did some chops, and a
good portion of sausage, and smoked the solid hams. The best was the
sausage.
