This wild boar hunt took place in the cow pastures of Glades county on March 16, 2001. Doyle used a 30-30 rifle to take both hogs. The boar hog had 3 1/2 inch tusks. It also cut up the dogs during the battle.

The hunt was very exciting. It was great fun watching the dogs work. The guides were very professional and friendly. They did a great job in preparing the meat and overall. We started about 7:45 and got the first hog by 8:05 and the second by 8:15. Doye Stevens
