7 1/4 lb'er December 7, 2002

Lake Okeechobee bass fishing anglers Dr. Jason Cleveland (Lake Worth, FL - ph: 561-868-0621 - e-mail: Cleve10@aol.com) and brother in law Brian Fives caught only 2 bass up to 7 1/4 lbs during a half day of wild shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service on December 7, 2002. All bass were released. Bass were caught in the Spoil Island area of Lake Okeechobee.

Fishing was slow do to a cold front that shut down the fishing. However, this 7 1/4 lb. trophy Lake Okeechobee bass made up for it.
